In addition, Tracy is a Registered Nurse, who specialized in psychology. She has time-tested experience in isolating consumer and business insights in healthcare and non-healthcare product and service spaces.

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and non-healthcare related categories, leading strategy and launch planning for Alcon Laboratories, Amgen, Becton-Dickinson, Goodyear, KraftMaid Cabinetry, J&J, LA Care, Merck, Nabisco, Pfizer and Scott Paper and more.
Tracy has developed and implemented new and innovative creative strategy workshops as well as developing insight tools and the Visceral Value analysis dynamic for brands. In addition, Tracy designed leadership growth tools and online development classes for best-in-class marketing agencies.
Tracy is a mentor for the Healthcare Business Women’s Association and an involved member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD). While living overseas in Oslo, Norway, Tracy consulted with the Norwegian Health Ministry on consumer insights and planning for potential privatization of health in Norway.
Tracy holds a BS in Nursing from Skidmore College, is a Board Certified Registered Nurse.
