Todd has vast experience and consults on leading edge customer management, marketing and supply chain best practices, including strategic planning, category leadership, channel/customer segmentation, joint value creation, organizational development, new business development and licensing & acquisitions.
Partner Industry Experience:
Prior to joining The Partnering Group, Todd enjoyed a diverse 37-year career as a Director with Procter & Gamble, a Marketing Professor at Miami University (Ohio), an Independent Management Consultant and as a Global Supplier to P&G with Sonoco Products Company.
At Sonoco Todd was Sonoco’s Global Relationship Leader for P&G/Gillette (Top 10 Global & most diverse Packaging Supplier) with extensive experiences in Joint Business Planning & Value Creation, Supply Chain, Strategy & Organizational and Business Development.
Prior to joining Sonoco, Todd managed a Consultancy Practice in the areas of Commercial Sales, Marketing, Acquisition & Organizational Development (OD) with diverse clients ranging from medium-sized regional businesses, Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to a full-time Consultancy, Todd also taught Marketing & Sales courses to full-time students at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio campus). Todd earned a full-time Markley Professorship appointment, developed a capstone experiential learning event called the “Miami Sales Challenge” and was voted “Outstanding Faculty Member” (Fall, 2007)
Todd also served 25 years with Procter & Gamble in diverse executive roles, within 3 Global Business Units, across all Market Development Organizations, Customer Channels & Global Customers.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University’s Edward S. Ageno School of Business – San Francisco.
