Rose is a Partner of The Partnering Group, leading engagements and training across retailers and manufacturers in the areas of consumer marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer engagement from strategy to implementation support.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

Leveraging two decades of omni-channel retail and direct-to consumer experience, Rose specializes in providing clients with industry best practices and implementation support across several key disciplines including brand reinvention, omni-channel customer engagement, social/content strategy, digital marketing, mobile commerce, omni-channel marketing automation, digital product management, customer acquisition/retention, and e-commerce.
Rose most recently served as the Chief Digital Officer at the Vitamin Shoppe – an omni-channel specialty retailer and contract manufacturer of nutritional products. In this role, she was responsible for leading the digital customer experience, loyalty, omni-channel customer acquisition/retention, and operating the direct-to-consumer business and call center. Additionally, she was accountable for designing the omni-channel roadmap to leverage technology, educational content, and customer data to reinvent the customer journey across all touchpoints and channels.

Rose joined the Vitamin Shoppe from Pet360, Inc., a subsidiary of PetSmart, where her most recent role was Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager. During her time as CMO, she reinvented an e-commerce brand into an integrated digital commerce, community, and media lifestyle experience. The business grew rapidly, doubling in size before its acquisition by PetSmart.

Prior to her time at Pet360, Inc., Rose served as Vice President of E-commerce for Ann Taylor and LOFT. Earlier in her career she led marketing, merchandising and loyalty programs for a variety of leading retailers and financial services organizations, including Chico’s FAS, Best Buy, Wilsons Leather and US Bank. Rose holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Graduate School of Business.

Rose has been a member of the Digital Council at and a speaker at NRF, Etail,, Mobile Marketer and Internet Retail events across the country and has been quoted as a retail and digital expert in several publications. Her industry awards include Remodista’s Women2Watch in 2016, Brand Innovator’s 2014 Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing, CMO Club’s Rising Star and CMO’s Choice in 2013, and Women in the Pet Industry’s Entrepreneur of the year in in 2013.
