Partner Industry Experience:

Mark has over 30 years of industry experience, holding leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Acosta / Mosaic and The Home Depot.

Mark started his career with Procter & Gamble, and served in roles in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Merchandising. He left P&G for a leadership and ownership position at Acosta Sales and Marketing. During his tenure with Acosta, he helped build Acosta from a $60 million regional food brokerage to a national sales and marketing agency with revenue in excess of $1 billion. Mark left Acosta to become President of Mosaic, a consumer-centered field marketing and merchandising firm. Mark was recruited by The Home Depot where his initial role was Vice President of Merchandising. At The Home Depot, Mark was responsible for building an insourced merchandising execution solution – a first for the retail industry. He expanded the organization from 2,000 to 30,000 associates and delivered double digit margin growth. Mark was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President, Merchandising Services, where he led In-Store Environment (store design, space planning, events and capital projects), Field Merchandising (localized assortments, promotions and emergency response), Supplier Service and Merchandising Execution. Mark also had responsibility for Crown Bolt, a $1 billion private brand acquisition. Mark was recognized as “Who’s Who in Hardware / Home Centers” by Shopper Marketing / Path to Purchase Institute in 2016.

Mark holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a BSBA from the University of Florida.
