Mark brings extensive cross-functional executive and operational experience in product supply operations across a broad spectrum of consumer product categories. During his career Mark has managed Manufacturing operations in Europe, Asia and North American, led multiple new product introductions and brings a wealth of experience developing and leading breakthrough operational strategies.
Partner Industry Experience:
Prior to joining The Partnering Group, Mark enjoyed a thirty-two year career with Procter & Gamble, achieving extensive cross-functional experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply network operations, in multiple regions across the globe.
Most recently, Mark led the Global Manufacturing Operations in the $7 billion Gillette Global Grooming Business Unit. Mark led the Gillette sites to become among the best in Procter and Gamble delivering world-class results in customer service, safety, quality, productivity, cost savings and OEE while improving culture year on year. Mark worked with P&G’s Product Supply team to develop and blueprint and roadmap for ‘Manufacturing of the Future’ (Industry 4.0) while leading Gillette’s digital journey.
