Kooper is a Partner in The Partnering Group. He works across a variety of practice areas, with special emphasis in the Marketing & Innovation practice.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

Kooper has extensive experience helping companies develop their Brand and Marketing strategies. He consults with a wide variety of companies in areas such as Brand Strategy & Planning, Digital Marketing, Brand Building Best Practices, Marketing Organizational Assessment, Business Planning, and Marketing Training. He works with clients to develop, and refine, their customer insights—using market research and insights from the client’s cross-functional team. These insights help ensure that the client’s brands understand, prioritize, and deliver on the key needs of the customers. Kooper is able to translate these insights into actionable strategies and tactics that help his clients achieve their goals when launching new brands or products, or re-positioning existing brands.

Partner Industry Experience:

Kooper has 15+ years of experience leading marketing teams for well-known consumer, technology, finance, and healthcare brands such as Sunny Delight, Folgers, QuickBooks, Quicken, and Invisalign. In addition to his traditional CPG experience, Kooper also has extensive experience marketing to small businesses and healthcare professionals via trade shows, field sales teams, content marketing, PR, and online marketing. Kooper has led Brand teams at P&G, Intuit, and Align Technology, and has consulted with large multinationals, as well as later-stage start-ups.
