Joe is a Partner whose wide-ranging, deep experience makes him an extremely versatile and adaptable resource in leading client engagements in the areas of business and corporate strategy, customer management and development, organizational design, and talent development.

Partner Industry Experience:

Joe has significant experience leading customer, market, and corporate efforts during a 34-year career at Procter & Gamble, having worked in diverse assignments in sales and marketing, HR, and corporate roles. Joe helped launch the global expansion of “customer business development,” including the creation of global customer teams for many of P&G’s largest and most strategic customers. He designed approaches to secure strategic alignment with these large, complex customers – designing global teams, working joint business plans, resolving conflicts, and managing senior leader contacts.

In addition, Joe led more than 40 strategy projects for P&G businesses at local, regional, and global levels. Joe has worked brand, category, channel, and country strategies in all regions of the world, in both mature and emerging markets. He was global program director for “go-to-market reinvention,” integrating Gillette and other acquired businesses into more effective selling and market organizations. Most recently, Joe was global head of HR for the sales organization. He lead development and deployment of a new “people strategy” for the organization, redesigned competency and career path systems for senior sales leaders, and managed the talent pipeline systems to General Managers.
