Jen has more than twenty years of experience as an instructional designer and multi-faceted learning strategist. Jen has expertise in blended learning, project planning, and performance improvement. She is skilled at working with clients at all levels to identify and remove obstacles to high performance.  She constantly seeks innovative methods to enable people to work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
