Jeff brings 23 years of multi-industry (CPG, Spirits, Healthcare) and multi-functional (marketing, sales, strategy, and innovation) experience, across dozens of brands in as many countries.
Partner Industry Experience:
Jeff joined TPG from Humana, where for 4 years he led the 50-year-old company’s transformation as it sought to brand itself for the first time, express itself in design and advertising/content, and more clearly articulate to consumers and physicians a portfolio of products/services that via M&A had expanded alongside the business model.
Prior to his stint at Humana he led the global tequila portfolio at Brown-Forman, and prior to that, at The Hershey Company he oversaw the P&L for the $1.2B US Hershey brand and led global brand expansion for Hershey’s, Kisses, Reese’s, Jolly Rancher, and Ice Breakers brands. Earlier in his career he spent 8 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held roles in Secret/Old Spice brand management, North America/Global Shopper Marketing (as the company’s thought leader in loyalty marketing), and Fabric Care New Business Development (as co-developer of Tide Dry Cleaners, validated and launched as a viable franchise retail business model).
Jeff is an MBA graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a BS Marketing graduate of California State University.
