Partner Capabilities and Experience:
Dorian has over 20 years of CPG & Retail experience in delivering category, shopper and customer management solutions locally & globally. He has worked and consulted with both CPG Manufacturers and Retailers and delivered projects on Category Leadership, Shopper Marketing, Perfect Store, Category Re-invention, Voice of the Customer, Tendering Strategy, Promotional Optimization and Sales Excellence. He has led Category Vision & Strategy projects in 20+ categories at both local and regional / global levels. Recently Dorian was a Board Advisor for a Top 4 UK Grocery Retailer advising on the launch of their loyalty card and vendor engagement.
Partner Industry Experience:
Dorian’s most recent experience was at Kantar Retail (formerly Glendinning) where he spent 6 years, initially as Director of Consulting and then Consulting Partner. There he specialized in the Category & Shopper area with many CPG & Retail clients, as well as leading the development of their EMEA Retailer consulting practice.
Prior to Kantar Retail, Dorian consulted for a year with BSkyB leading the development of a 5-year commercial growth strategy for their betting & gaming business. Before that Dorian spent 7 years at dunnhumby, where he worked with most parts of the Tesco business, and played a lead role in dunnhumby’s move into working with CPG businesses.
Prior to that, Dorian held various Sales & Marketing roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Rank Hovis McDougall.
Dorian has a BA (Hons) in Economics & Politics from Loughborough University, UK.
