Bob leads TPG’s executive coaching and leadership development consulting and training. He provides an extensive array of leadership skill development workshops, courses and one on one session. He is affiliated with Academy Leadership a respected group of former senior Military officers who honed their leadership skills in the most challenging circumstances.

Bob has extraordinary experience in training leadership and in executive coaching in Industry and the Military. His industry experience include Business Strategy Development/Execution; Organization Change: Design, Transition, and Execution; Work Simplification; and Employee Relations.
Bob develops and delivers a unique set of Leadership development programs for executive teams and individuals including customized courses, workshops and one on one sessions.
He is a well-respected executive coach, organizational development and change leader. He has successfully coached numerous “C” level client executives. He has been recognized for his ability to leverage functional mastery while fostering cross functional collaboration.

Prior to TPG was an HR and Manufacturing executive at Procter & Gamble
Bob was the HR director P&G’s $18+ billion global laundry business where he led 20+ HR professionals to optimize the contributions of 15,000 people around the world.
Bob co-led the development and deployment of new work systems for all P&G plants around the world, based on the concepts of High Performance Organizations (HPO) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). He led the global development of HPO training materials and instructed P&G’s plant leadership teams in the concepts. Prior to that Bob was a technical process engineer, line manager in the Paper Division.
Prior to P&G, Bob was a F4 fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps.
Bob holds a BS in General Engineering and Analytical Management from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Organization Development from the University of Southern California. In addition he is a certified Executive Coach by Lee Hecht Harrison and a certified TPM Instructor by the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance.
