Ann is a Partner with The Partnering Group with a focus on brand and shopper marketing and strategy.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

Ann is an experienced marketing executive, skilled at driving top line and bottom line growth for blue-chip and small-to-mid size companies, as well as non-profit organizations, by leveraging consumer insights, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of P&L drivers. She has a 19-year track record of delivering results through strong leadership, trailblazing, collaborative team building, solid analytical skills, and being scrappy when needed!

Partner Industry Experience:

Ann has 19 years of CPG experience, holding leadership positions at Nestlé USA and Procter & Gamble before becoming an independent consultant. Ann started her career in manufacturing management, then transitioned to brand management where she held various leadership roles focused on business management, innovation, communication, and shopper marketing.

Ann has led and grown many brands, with up to $1B in revenue (Lean Cuisine), through innovation, channel expansion, portfolio optimization, traditional and non-traditional communication approaches, and shopper marketing. Ann has developed and launched many new products, delivering over $200MM, including new forms and line extensions. She has led campaign development for a $1B brand, delivering growth in a declining category. Ann has also established and built consensus for an industry-facing brand strategy for the then-newly developed Nestlé Frozen Foods Group ($5B). Coupled with her consulting experience, Ann has worked in numerous categories addressing a broad spectrum of business challenges.

Partner Education:

Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a concentration in Marketing & Strategy.
